We have the pleasure to announce that a new version of Translatica translation software, the flagship product of the Poleng company, has just been introduced to the market! The brand new version has been designated 7.0 in order to reflect the quality of the improvement when compared to the previous 5.5 version. To prove that the use of number seven is not just a marketing trick let us give you a brief description of the improvements and innovations introduced in the latest version of our program, which is available in two variants: standard - Translatica Office, and a version with increased functionality - Translatica Office Comfort.
• shorter launch time and smaller memory requirements;
• noticeably improved translation quality together with more translation optimisation options (thanks to advanced dictionaries and additional translation options or saving selected translation variants in the Translation Editor);
• significantly increased translator speed (up to eight times faster thanks to the use of multicore processors);

• new, revolutionary translation tools: Translation Memory with a Translation Memory Editor (saving entire translated sentences, cooperation with the Translation Editor), Handy Translator (handy window for quick translations; only in Office Comfort), Translation Folder (folder for files which will be translated as a background process, drag-and-drop compatible; only in Office Comfort );
• many additional functionalities improve use comfort (e.g. Starting Screen, dictionaries available from the level of the Translation Editor, simplified procedure for defining the type of translated text, comfortable icons, more legible text labels etc.), as well as new, better appearance of all modules of the program (especially the Translation Editor interface designed under Microsoft ® Office 2007 Fluent ™ license);
• PDF file translation (a complete novelty; it can be done through the Translation Folder in the Office Comfort version) and integration with free OpenOffice applications – Writer and Calc;
• compatibility with Microsoft Windows 7 and with 64-bit versions of Windows XP and Vista.
